Our heavy offset disc harrow SALBIO is designed to handle many tasks. It can be used for both high-residue primary and secondary soil cultivation. Its heavy and durable structure is suitable for use in difficult conditions and for deep plowing. The different models available allow the farmer to choose the most appropriate solution for their needs. It is designed to be foldable to allow road transportation due to its wide working width.

The working width is decreased for road security by folding the side batteries on transport position for our more than 40discs ofset types.The tractor power necessity is between 150-300hp according to number of discs. You can make your choice until 64 disc , 6.6 m working width according to your tractor power. Our machine that predominantly used on primary soil preperation is prefered by the farmers who have a big strong tractors.It can reach more working depth according to the soil conditions.You can make the processing more economical on preperation of seed bed for secondary product and stabble processing so your costs fall away.Especially it teems for the soil processing on big parcels and its working success reachs 40da/h with 8km/h related to model. It is a suitable machine for reduced soil processing and minimum soil processing that become important in the last years. It has more model alternatives with 22cm Disc spaces ,560mm – 610mm – 660mm disc diameters, plain and notched type discs.These alternatives enable to farmers for choosing the most suitable equipment for their own conditions.The disc

(1)  HEAVY DUTY BEARING - The bearing chassis that tied to frame with rigid and a strong tine and bearing covers are produced with sensitive dimension on CNC bars as special cast iron. There are double 6215 bol bearings and 2 oil felts with double 50x80x13 seals inside. The strong structure of the bearings can resist to resistance while working on the soil. It had been provided a bearing without a problem when the casting quality, sensitive process and bearings integrated.by the help of hydraulic pistons.

(2)  HYDRAULIC GANG ADJUSTMENT - The angle is altered mechanically with a series of holes and a locking pin. We can control the direction angels that effects to working depth, the properties of overturn and hackling, from the perforated mechanism on the frame. In accordance with the demand this setting can be done by the help of hydraulic pistons.

(3)  RIGID AND ADJUSTABLE SCRAPER - Extremely strong and efficient scraper that resists wear cleans the discs and enhances the incorporation of residue. Scrapers are composed by steel chassis and the points that is in the suitable norm for disc concavity. Each scraper can be individually adjustable or move the entire gang of scrapers at the same time.
