EASY ANGLE ADJUSTMENT

The working depth of the discs and direction angles that effect to tipping and smashing effect can easily adjustable from the 11 punched profile on the chassis. The operator can adjust the angles on the tractor between 0-19 degrees without unlocking by the help of rope. As optional the adjustment can be done with hydraulic control.

ADJUSTABLE SCRAPERS

Two types of scrapers are used as plate pres and supported blade scraper. The scrapers which are our special products had been produced with steel plate in special form, they are used on 460mm discs. The scrapers that was composed steel blade and the point in the suitable form for disc concavity are used on 510mm,560mm and 610mm discs. It works without a problem on all soil conditions with its strong structure.It can be adjusted when its point abrades.

STEEL CAST SPACER

The spacers that compose the battery are produced as cast iron. It has high resistance against shock strokes and the risc of breaking. As optional the steel spacers can be used with 560mm and 610mm diameter.

SPACE FOR EXTRA WEIGHT

The machine can reach to requested working depth with frame weight and direction angle in the normal soil conditions. The working depth can be raised by adding extra weight to the weight sections on the frame on the conditions that can not be gotten enough working depth. The weight must be disarranged on to the frame.
