Cultivator DIEGO can be used
for several soil processing with its compact and combine structure. It can be
provided an effective soil processing on stubble processing after harvest.It is
processed with on requested depth by tearing without tipping the soil.The
stubble is mixed to soil by being cut from its root, it becomes organic
fertilizer easier for the next product season. Needless grass is decreased. It
can be processed on requested depth from 5cm to until 30cm on cursory and deep
soil processing. Soil surface seed-bed is prepared in the most convenient way
by levelling discs and roller combination.Water keeping capacity of the soil is
raised. Our 3m and 3,5 m models are mounted type, 4m and more than 4 m are
designed both mounted and trailed with wheels.You can determine and buy the
model that is suitable for your conditions by this way. Field traffic was
thought with DIEGO and it was provided more effective soil processing, less
soil compressio, thus, as the most important less fuel consumption and less
product costs.

Strong Tine Structure:
DIEGO’stines are produced with a
robust spring safety mechanism that provides resistance against harsh
conditions and impacts. The ground resistance for the safety spring opening is
800 kg.

long-lasting, robust roller bearings.
Easy Working Depth Adjustment:
The desired working depth can be
adjusted easily with the help of the roller. The working depth can be easily
adjusted using 5 mm, 10 mm, and 20 mm thick aluminum spacers. The roller height
can be adjusted mechanically or hydraulically.
Safe Transport:
For machines with a working width of
4m and above, the road width is reduced to 3m using the hydraulic folding
system in the road position, ensuring safe transportation. The wings are
connected to each other with special safety locks, providing maximum safety on
the road. Furthermore, the hydraulic cylinders in the transport system are
mechanically locked to ensure safety when on the road.

Chassis:
Reinforced solid chassis, suitable
for working in difficult conditions and providing ease of use with its simple
and compact structure. The connection to the tractor is by a three-point hitch
or trailer system, depending on the size of the machine and user preference.
Transport System: The front drawbar and rear transport system, which can be
easily installed on all models and convert your machine into a trailed type,
are provided as standard for machines with 6 m and 8 m working widths and can
be provided as an option on others. Easy turns are made possible with the
drawbar, which has been designed for heavy conditions, and is capable of moving
20 degrees vertically and 60 degrees horizontally.
Tines:
The tines are made of the strongest
material and strongly welded. With the strongest 25° blade cutting soil
penetration angle at the front, 12 mm blade thickness.
Leveling Discs:
46 discs used at the rear, optional
disc diameters of 51 and 56 cm, disc thickness of 4 mm, disc spacing of 24.5
cm.
Roller:
Seven different roller options are
available, depending on user preference. It can optionally be folded into the
road position hydraulically.
